Videos (Programs & Activities)

High-Altitude Balloon Program — introduced at Excelsior Middle School for Gifted & Talented Education (GATE) Program – reached 107,000 feet, traveled 70 miles, and airborne ~2.5 hrs. [click for video]

Air Rocket Program — Freedom High School event, which included two launch & build sessions over a two week period — totaling eight days of air rocket activity. Engaged about 700 students for each build & launch session. [click for video]

Aviation Program — student insights and experience with PJTF aviation programs and activities.

Sean Holzmuller (25) is now an accomplished commercial pilot eight years later. Currently, he is a first officer for Kalitta Air (B747-400), which partners with both the Department of Defense and Amazon Prime Air.  Previously a corporate pilot, including for Hanger 7 (Falcon 50 captain / Falcon 2000 first officer), FlexJets (EMB 505 first officer), and Dumont Aviation (Falcon 2000 first officer).  Built flight hours as Certified Flight Instructor at University of North Dakota after completing the ATP Flight School accelerated training program in Mesa, Arizona.  Obtain private pilot license while in high school and engaged with the PJTF aviation program.  Currently a PJTF alumni volunteer – key network contact / mentor for aviation students.
